Eligibility & Right to Use
India Pi Network is available exclusively to members of the Pi Network. To use the platform, you must have an active Pi Network account and authenticate through the official Pi Network login mechanism.
By using this platform you confirm that you are using it in good faith, in compliance with Pi Network's own Terms of Service, and that you are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law.
Nature of the Service
India Pi Network is an independent community platform built on top of the Pi Network ecosystem. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Pi Core Team.
The services offered — including the marketplace, business directory, escrow system, and advertising — operate within the Pi Network environment and are subject to the availability, constraints, and development stage of the Pi Network at the time of use.
Balances, transaction records, and information displayed on the platform may change. Nothing on this platform constitutes a financial guarantee, legal commitment, or promise of future value in Pi or any other currency.
Marketplace — Seller & Buyer Conduct
India Pi Network provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect and transact using Pi. By participating in the marketplace, you agree to the following:
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings. Products and services must be clearly described and delivered as promised.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing. Initiating a payment constitutes acceptance of the listed terms.
- Both parties must act honestly, communicate promptly, and cooperate in good faith to resolve any issues.
- India Pi Network acts as a facilitator only. The contractual relationship for each transaction is between the buyer and the seller directly.
Prohibited Listings & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on India Pi Network:
- Illegal goods or services of any kind
- Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented products
- Scams, fraudulent listings, or misleading descriptions
- Adult content, weapons, or substances regulated by law
- Spam, fake accounts, or manipulation of platform features
- Any activity that violates Pi Network's Terms of Service
India Pi Network reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice.
Escrow & Dispute Resolution
Payments on India Pi Network are held in escrow via the Pi Network payment infrastructure. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically after a set release period if no dispute is raised.
If a dispute is opened, our admin team will review the case and make a determination based on available information from both parties. Possible outcomes include:
- Release of funds to the seller if delivery is confirmed
- Refund to the buyer if a breach by the seller is found
- Manual review for complex or ambiguous cases
India Pi Network's dispute resolution is a best-effort community service and does not constitute legal arbitration. Decisions are final within the platform but do not affect any legal rights you may have outside of it.
We are not responsible for disputes arising from user error, miscommunication between parties, or Pi Network infrastructure issues outside our control.
Business Directory
Businesses listed in the India Pi Network Business Directory must be legitimate, active businesses or services that accept Pi as payment (fully or partially).
By submitting a business listing, you confirm that:
- The information provided is accurate and up to date
- You have the right to represent and list the business
- The business complies with all applicable local laws and regulations
India Pi Network does not verify or endorse the businesses listed in the directory. Users interact with listed businesses at their own discretion and risk. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or receives substantiated complaints.
No Financial Advice
Nothing on India Pi Network constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold Pi or any other asset. All decisions made on this platform are the sole responsibility of the user.
The Pi Network is a developing ecosystem. The value, utility, and availability of Pi may change at any time and are outside our control.
User Responsibility & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Pi Network account credentials. India Pi Network does not store, have access to, or manage your Pi wallet keys, passwords, or authentication tokens.
India Pi Network will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorised use arising from the exposure of your credentials, a breach of your Pi wallet, or any action taken by you or a third party using your account.
Third Parties & External Links
India Pi Network may reference or link to third-party services, businesses, or platforms (including the Pi Network itself). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or conduct of any third party.
Pi Network authentication and payment processing are handled by the Pi Core Team's infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to those interactions.
Businesses listed in our directory are independent third parties. Any interaction with them — including purchases, communications, or agreements — is solely between you and the business.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is", without any warranty of availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, India Pi Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of Pi, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other harm — arising from:
- Use or inability to use the platform
- Technical failures, delays, or security incidents
- Changes to the Pi Network or its infrastructure
- Actions of other users, sellers, buyers, or listed businesses
- Temporary or permanent service outages
Account Suspension & Termination
India Pi Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access for any account that:
- Violates these Terms of Use
- Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behaviour
- Receives multiple substantiated complaints from other users
- Is found to be operating in bad faith on the platform
In cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice. Where appropriate, we will attempt to notify the user before taking action.
Changes & Service Continuity
India Pi Network reserves the right to update, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time and without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain any feature, listing, or functionality indefinitely.
When these Terms of Use are materially updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. By using India Pi Network, you agree that any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts, to the extent permitted by law.
